I have had this problem ever since I updated from win 8.1 to win 10 pro. I'm new to this So sorry if the format looks awful and I'm not that good with computers so a step by step answer would be helpful.

I have tried many solutions such as changing my registry (computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/CurrentControlSet/Control/GraphicsDrivers) and creating both

TdrDelay QWORD(64-bit) to 10 hexadecimal

TdrLevel as 3. As a result It Created a file called UseXPModel REG_DWORD (32-bit) with a value of 0 hexadecimal

But even after this I still get the message whenever I play other steam games and CSGO It mostly happend with GOTV when watching the "2016 MLG Colombus" it would play the games normally and after a few 5 min it would show with the error(s) "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered/application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"

My driver version is 10.18.15.4248 and I looked throught the intel support and eventually got this
Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen]
Version: 15.40.18.4380 (Latest) Date: 3/8/2016

If i have to download it I'd like some steps on what to do before and after I download it such as what to do with the old driver and how to properly download the new one....

System specs

Acer AspireM5-583P

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1,70ghz - 2.40ghz

6GB Ram

64-Bit operating system, x64based processor

Chip Type:Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

DAC Type: Internal

Adapter String: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400

BIOS info: Intel Video BIOS

Also When I run Windows Update diagnostic I get

Issues found

Detection details

5
Windows Update components must be repaired
Fixed

One or more Windows Update components are configured incorrectly.

Repair Windows Update componentsCompleted

Repairing Windows Update components frequently resolves common Windows Update errors.

It says Fix but It always shows it and doesn't seem to do anything. And lastly when I go to

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Hardware and Sound

And Traoubleshoot Hardware and Devices it always says
"Restart your PC to finish installing drivers and updates"

But whenever I restart my Laptop it doesn't do anything and just gives me this same message whenever I want to fix this.

I would finally love a answer to all this, I'll be happy to provide more information and appreciate it since I haven't found no solution. I just want to play some CSGO........
