Unable to start video driver

Hello. Today my Laptop shut down and when i rebooted it, I received a notification saying "unable to start video driver. It will be used the base video driver of Microsoft. Check on windows update for a recent driver".

But there is no recent driver. So i don't know how to solve this problem. I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae019nl.

You can get the drivers you need from HP for THEIR laptop:

And, you can also get support from HP for their laptop.

I already have the latest driver installed and I even tried reinstalling it but nothing changed

Then contact HP for support of their laptop. You paid them for support, make them earn it.
