GM45/GE45/GS45 Integrated Graphics graphics driver for 64 bit WIN 7?

I just installed windows 7 64 bit on my Dell latitude E5400. I noticed that there is an Intel GM45/GE45/GS45 Integrated Graphics inside, but I can not find the right driver for this anywhere. I'm using this laptop at work, so I would need the driver in order to be able to connect to an external LCD monitor as it is currently using a standard graphics driver.

Can any of you please help me pointing me in the right direction?

You may have a customized chipset and require customized drivers. The system manufacturer should provide the drivers for you.

If you are not able to get the drivers provided by your system manufacturer you can try installing the drivers manually using the .zip file.
