Playback from H265 Sources with activated DXVA2 has an Alaising to the picture:

When I deactivate the DXVA2, then is the picture normal. Driver:21.20.16.4590, Windows 10 x64, Player Kodi V17.

[edit]

Seems to be a problem with Intel Graphics Settings / Video / Image Enhancement / Contrast Enhancement.

Disable this setting remove the effect. The Effect only appear on H.265 (HEVC) coded videos

Happens for me too on two different laptops with Kaby Lake processors. i3-7100u and i5-7200u. My player is MPC-HC 1.7.13 with hardware acceleration for HEVC enabled and Intel's contrast enhancement enabled. Driver version 21.20.16.4534 which is the latest my OEM has out.

Here's a sample MKV file that exhibits this behavior https://mega.nz/#!f2QxiQpb!1pI3Q_BIW4usYuw6ct1IhBeEnU7qrQAHKwEG9RfdD58
