      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, support is provided in English only. You will have to use a translator if you want to see the answers in Russian.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may have to uninstall your previous driver completely before you can successfully install the latest version. Start in &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Apps &amp;amp; Features&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;and uninstall the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Intel Graphics Driver&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;entry. After rebooting, check in &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device Manager&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;to see if an Intel Graphics driver is still installed. If one is, right click on the entry and select &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Uninstall Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;. In the dialog that follows, choose to delete all related software.&lt;/P&gt;
