im trying to add a custom resolution that is 1920x540 but every time i try it give me an error reason bad parameters is there a way to fix this or will you never be able to make custom resolutions under 800x600

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
