Possibly, the repair shop did not replace the screen with the proper part number. It happens.

Send it back to your repair shop.

Hello! I recently cracked my laptop screen so I sent it to get repaired. My issue arose when I received it back and now my default screen resolution is no longer 1920x1080, instead it is 1366x768. I've tried multiple solutions to fix this such as going into the Intel control panel. Whenever I try to input my original resolution I get an error that says "exceeded bandwidth". Alternatively, I have also gone into my device manager and made sure my driver was fully updated, also enabling and disabling to see if that provided me with any change. And it has not. Here is my spec from intel. Any further questions I can try my best to help.
