intel driver and support assistant

Hello,

I decided to install the driver and support assistant to be sure to have the latest intel graphics driver.

after installing, the assistant showed me, beside the graphics driver, two other drivers that could do with an update, one of which was bluetooth.

When I launched the bluetooth driver update, about halfway, the system crashed and i had a blue screen of death with the following error: WDF_violation.

After the system automatically rebooted, there was no bluetooth anymore. In fact when I run a troubleshoot for the bluetooth, there is no bluetooth anymore on the system and I'm advised to attach a bluetooth device. It seems the bluetooth hardware is gone or not recognised by the system.

Can someone please advise what happened and how to solve this?

Tx!
