Intel(R) Graphics Media Acelerator Driver for Mobile Report. Is it compatible with Windows 8.1?

I would like to install Windows 8.1 on an older PC with "Intel (R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile Report" . Anyone know if it is compatible? or does anyone know how to check it?
In the Windows 8.1 requirements it talk about "Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver is necessary", but I don't know how to look at this.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
