I have connected a Philips 49 inch monitor with 5120x1440 resolution via HDMI, but the current PC configuration only has 3840x1080 resolution. I contacted NVIDIA who indicated they were not able to help, as it was a PC issue. Nevertheless, I downloaded the new driver from NVIDIA, changed to custom ‘5120x1440’ resolution but it still doesn’t look like the correct resolution.
