      <title>Intel graphics UHD 620 screen flickering</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey! I tried Docker for windows and uninstalled it immediately after. After uninstalling it my graphics was screwed. Whenever I try to power on my laptop the screen starts flickering. After I restart the laptop the flickering stops. I tried installing other graphics, but I am not able to change my display brightness. Can someone tell me what is going on with my graphics? Nobody seems to have the answer to this. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;
