I have intel hd graphics 3000 and i need intel hd graphics 4000, what could i do?

Depending on your motherboard, and depending on your bios, you might be able to update from a 2nd gen processor to a 3rd gen processor. You would need to check with your system/motherboard manufacturer if this processor upgrade is possible.

But, this is not going to help you much. Both are discontinued.

You would be far better off by upgrading to new(er) hardware.

Due to both products being discontinued (HD* 3000 and 4000), Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, I am glad to see that fellow community members have the knowledge and they jumped in and helped.
