&lt;P&gt;FATAL ERROR (Title of Dialog Box)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Line 1: ERROR 6066&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Line 2: DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My SUS details scan is attached.&lt;/P&gt;
