Hi,

I recently ran into a serious issue with a MS update and in order to resolve requires me to view and make changes to the BIOS on my machine.

Problem is i am not sure when (I think recently) my intel Graphics driver has been removed (I had to replace my Mobo so maybe it did not download at the time).

The only item listed under Display drivers in device manager is my GPU.

I have tried this tool and receive an error scanning https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

I have tried to download the intel HD drivers here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/65520/Intel-Core-i5-3570K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3-80-GHz-

and they all say my computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install.

My mother board is an Z77A-G45 ( MSI-7752) https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z77AG45

Bios version 2.7

So is there any work around that anyone knows of to get intel HD graphics to work? all I need is the VGA driver.

Hello @ANTENtiO

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We would like to inform you that due to the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor and its integrated graphics Intel® HD Graphics 4000 have been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Also, since this is most likely regarding Intel® Graphics, we are moving it to the Graphics Forum so it can get answered more quickly.

You can verify this product's discontinuance status at the following links:

Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor Product Specifications website > Product Status > "Discontinued".

Support Options for Discontinued Intel® Graphics Products website

Also, please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel®.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,
