Resolution 3440x1440 on Intel UHD Graphics 630 does not work

Hey,

it is not possible on my Windows 10 System to select the above resolution - I use the following Hardware:

Monitor: LHC3400-UWQHD-100-C

Graphic: intel UHD 630 (actual driver installed)

Connection HDMI 2.1 cable

The maximum resolution provided in Windows is 1920x1080.

How do I realise the resolution 3440x1440?

Additionally, the intel graphics control panel does not start properly (several times deinstalled an reinstalled). The blue windows opens and thats it.....

Any ideas?

We noticed that you have contacted Intel® Customer Support directly regarding the same issue here described and we found out that you have an internal support case open.
