Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.

In reference to your inquiry, just to let you know, the Intel® Core™ i7-10510U Processor works with Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors and as you can confirm in the link below, it supports Open GL version 4.5, please look under the "Processor Graphics" tab:

But, in the following link under Intel® UHD Graphics, it says that it supports Open GL version 4.6 as well:

So, I will do further research to confirm which one is the one that the Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors supports, as soon as I get the proper information I will post all the details on this thread.
