how to fix windows 10 has blocked application from accessing graphics card

so things worked fine before i went to windows 10, now when i launch fallout 4, total war rome 2, or total war shogun 2 i get 'application has been blocked from accessing graphics card'. befre i get this error i had one where graphics would crash than recover, which i fixed by going into reg edit and changing some values. From what i can tell is the only fix is to wait for new graphics driver or upgrade you hardware (which is expensive) and i see a lot of other people having this problem too yet i cant find a fix that works. how do i fix this

In order to get more information and provide to you the correct drivers, please try the "dxdiag" Windows® command, by performing the following steps; please attach the results in a comment.

Steps:

Windows key + "R"
Type dxdiag
Hit save all information button
Attach the .txt file to your answer

All seems to be fine, I suggest you to wait for a new version of drivers, because you have last Driver version; you can also verify if there is a new version in your OEM drivers, in the link below.
