Problems with OED Technologies Intel Smart Sound

Since I update my controllers. The OED Technologies Intel Smart Sound stop working. (Code 10)

I installed the graphics controller UHD 620 again, but still not working.

My laptop is Acer Aspire A514-52.

Did this start after a specific update? Which drivers did you try already?

Please share with us the results of the the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
