Hi there, I wanna know which graphic driver version should i use for my Intel HD 4600 ? My Graphic Card is Vulkan Supported.. So Which driver should i install and is best for me? The latest Intel HD 4600 driver which is released on 3/30/2017 Or the Vulkan driver which is released on March 14, 2016 ? Please Kindly Help me to identify that which one is good for my laptop? My Laptop Specifications are : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz, 8GB of Ram, 2160 Mb of Intel HD 4600 Graphic card, Windows 10 64 bit. Thanks

Hello Jamal.Tariq,

In this case, if you have the Intel® graphics and the Nvida card on your laptop, the best driver for your system is the one provided by your computer manufacturer. Intel® offers generic drivers and you computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to your driver, so for this reason the proper driver for your system is the one provided by your laptop manufacturer.

The laptop manufacturer Website does not contain any drivers for Intel HD 4600 for Windows 10 64bit, i upgraded from windows 8.1 Home edition to windows 10 home edition. Well, thanks for your help Ivan U.

Thank you for the information, being that the case you can install the driver version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496 15.40.34.4624. Please be aware that if you also have the Vulkan driver you can have both drivers installed and to install this Intel® generic driver I suggest you to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html manually install it.

Your system most likely has switchable graphics so for this reason I recommend updating both drivers, but make sure you install the Intel driver first.

yes, the best driver for your system is the one provided by your computer manufacturer, but you wont find it in case you have recently upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10, for Intel HD 4600 for Windows 10 drivers you can take help from here.

Download the new driver, unplug Internet cable or disable internet wireless connection (windows 10 does auto update, you can disable windows 10 driver auto update also), uninstall the old driver, and then install the new one. Then reconnect internet.

You can try installing the driver http://driverrestore.com/update-drivers-windows-10-upgrade/ manually, please follow instructions:
