DCH driver Support for HD 5500 Laptop Graphics

Hi,

I was wondering if Intel could please add DCH driver Support for the HD 5500 Laptop Graphics chipset as I would like to run Linux GUI apps on WSL. Is it possible this product could please be added to the supported cards for these drivers,

As far as I know, if the processors are discontinued, the drivers will be frozen and no further updates planned. The latest (and what could be final) release, v15.40.48.5171, is available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30196/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-.

Based on your post and the community recommendations, the best action to take would be to get in contact with the laptop manufacturer and check the drivers available and/or check with Linux distributors for drivers and firmware.
