      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depuis certaines mise à jour des pilotes&amp;nbsp; graphique , il m'est&amp;nbsp; quasiment impossible&amp;nbsp; de jouer&amp;nbsp; a valorant . des qu'une entité&amp;nbsp; 3D apparait le jeu ce cale pendant un bref&amp;nbsp; instant&amp;nbsp; et&amp;nbsp; ce quasiment&amp;nbsp; tout le temps&amp;nbsp; ce qui rend le&amp;nbsp; jeu injouable&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;pourtant&amp;nbsp; je n'est&amp;nbsp; aucun&amp;nbsp; souci quand je joue sur la version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;27.20.100.8476 du pilote graphique&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

This issue is being discussed on this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Valorant-Driver-Compatibility-Issues-UHD-620/m-p/1213635#M90233" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Community thread&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users comment that rolling back to driver&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29784" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;27.20.100.8476&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;seems to address performance while others have reported the issue goes away when switching from a mechanical hard drive (HDD) to a Solid State Drive (SSD).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We understand that you don't have issues with the game when using driver 27.20.100.8476. This matches one of the previous suggestions and we noticed this was also recommended as a workaround on a previous (duplicate) thread that opened before: "&lt;A href="https://community.intel.com/t5/forums/forumtopicpage/board-id/graphics/message-id/93896#M93896" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;I&gt;Valorant Driver Compatibility Issues - UHD 620&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/A&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on the DxDiag* report, we also noticed that the drive on your system is "ST1000LM035-1RK172" and it seems to be an HDD.
