&lt;H3&gt;Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) User Interface and Driver for Intel® 5th/6th Generation Platforms&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My laptop: HP EliteBook 840&lt;/P&gt;

Are you using the Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant to perform the update?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Have you tried to manually install the driver?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Have you tried with the driver version from HP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &lt;P&gt;1. Yes, Im using&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Yes, After going on for a while, the update failed, at around the end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; I don't think so, I can't really figure out what that is right now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Tried it, the same thing happened, installation failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure that you are a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) to run the Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant (Intel® DSA).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.
