incompatible with the HD (Western Digital)

I live in Brazil, I am using a translator.

I have a computer with intel i3 3220, I use windows 7 x64, I had to change my HD.

I did all the formatting, I made all the windows updates and when I install the intel graphics software my computer becomes extremely slow, I just can not make it back to normal when I uninstall intel graphics.

Is incompatible with the HD (Western Digital), I need a solution because accurate intel graphics to access the graphics resources.

The Intel® Core™ i3-3220 comes with Intel® HD Graphics 2500 and the latest graphics driver (video) is version 4226.

Remember to update the chipset (INF) and Management Engine drivers of your motherboard first.
