Wrong GPU Name, Even Recording Does Not Work , Help?

Driver Is Latest ( .9684 ) This is an issue from beginning of laptop

pc - Acer Aspire 5 A514-54G-57C7

CPU - i5 1135g7

ram - 8gb

I first had the customised drivers , same result . The real intel drivers, yet same. any solution?

There are no any images attached to your post.

In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.
