Driver for my integrated graphics

I used to download any new driver updates for my i7-4720HQ integrated graphics. But recently there are two drivers and I am not sure which one to download. As you can see from the attachment, the driver always been label (4th gen) in the end which states previously released or latest. But the new one on the top most is it a new one or should i stick with the second from top?

I would take the topmost.

Check the change log of build 4624 it mentions a lot of bug fixes for your GPU
