Intel GPA - No downloads

Was trying to download Intel Graphics Performance Analyzers Standalone and ran into some issues.

I went here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/gpa, clicked Intel GPA in the dropdown box and then clicked Free Download.
I filled out the form, submitted it and got the e-mail.
Clicked the link in the e-mail to download Intel GPA and it took me to a registration page with my serial number in the URL, but nothing happened. At this point in time I was logged out and didn't have an account.
Figuring maybe I needed an account, I created one and now it shows Intel GPA attached to my account, however it says "No downloads".

We had to take downloads offline for a few hours today. I am in the process of uploading the new files as we speak. Check back in about 1 hour and the files should be available for download again.
