Frame Analyzer can not open Frame

Hi,

My GPA version is 2020 R1 (gpa_20.1.1585397060). My Computer System is Windows 10, version1909, My videoCard is NV GTX1050Ti. I can take capture with the System Analyzer who is working well, but the frame captured can not be open by Frame Analyzer. It is strange that there are some frames I captured months ago can not be opened too, while they CAN be opened months ago. The version I used months ago is gpa_19.3.347996, last week it can not open those frames, so I unstalled it and installed the gpa_20.1.1585397060 version. But still no luck. There is no Error or messagebox show to me, the Frame Analyzer just does not show up. I upload the logs, please help.

Have you tried opening Graphics Frame Analyzer independently? Then select the frame you want?
