Hi Jian,

You should be able to use the download for 17.4 to upgrade. When you install using the new installer it'll ask if you would like to "upgrade", instead of just "install". Let me know if this option does not show up when you try to install with the 17.4 package.

Hi,

It looks like I need the installer "gpa_17.3_release_314655_x64_standalone.msi" to upgrade to 2017 R4. I deleted the installer after installation and now I cannot download the installer because the available versions on the download page are only 17.4 and 17.2. How can I upgrade or uninstall my current version?

Thanks

Hi Giselle,

The 17.4 installer does ask me to upgrade but when I click the upgrade button, I get an error message saying that it cannot find the old (17.3) installer. Is there a way to upgrade without the 17.3 installer or is there a way to download the 17.3 installer? I attached a screenshot of the error.

Thanks
