&lt;P&gt;Could you also check if there are any Crash Dumps located at:&amp;nbsp;C:/Users/[your username]&lt;SPAN data-teams="true"&gt;/Documents/GPA/Dumps &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And do you have another version of Qt installed? You can check using the "Add or Remove Programs" windows dialogue, or by searching for a Qt DLL such as&amp;nbsp;Qt5Core.dll.&lt;/P&gt;
