    <description>The IppiPyramid contains pointers to 8 bit unsigned Images. But when i am using optical flow for 16 bit images how do i use the IppiPyramid. Do i need to use IppiConvert (does it result in loss in accuracy) or should i just cast the pointer as 8 bit images and still use 16 bit images.</description>

You need to cast pointers to Ipp16u in your case&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vladimir&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
