Hello,

What is the difference between a DLL and a LIB file. I am getting this error that the DLL is conflicting with an already loaded LIB file?

Could you copy/paste the entire error?

(and you should carefully read the IPP documentation about static and dynamic linkage models if you are unclear on the difference between a DLL and a LIB file. I'd also read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_%28computing%29 )
