    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was looking for simple file I/O implementation &lt;BR /&gt;for C language, to speed my development.&lt;BR /&gt;browsing the IPP samples at:&lt;BR /&gt;.\ipp-samples\audio-video-codecs\core\vm\src\ &lt;BR /&gt;I viewed the vm_file_win.c file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is "VM 64-bits buffered file operations libraryWindows implementation"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The implementation is very simple and clear. I would like to find more&lt;BR /&gt;info about it, there is no documentation in IPP.&lt;/P&gt;
