    <description>&lt;P&gt;ippiVarMean8x8 seems to be returning the sum and not the mean. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem? This is with the 5.1.1 library.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's a code sample:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you please take a look on ipp manual? It contain description of that function, I think it is good enough. If it is not, from your point of view, please submit your report to &lt;A href="http://premier.intel.com"&gt;Intel Premier Support&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
