      <title>Help to master Intel Integrated Performance Primitives for Windows!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to master usage of this library for image processing in the applications (Visual C ++, the console application). It would be desirable to load to begin with file BMP, to make with it any simple operation (for example to turn), then result to save in other file. Unfortunately, I have not found in this library of functions for loading of graphics files, definition of their parametres and saving of files on a disk. Can be for somebody there are simple examples of usage IPP for drawing processing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
