Can anyone help me? I examined Speech Coding Sample G.726 but I don't really understand a few thing. I think first of all I have to call <FONT face="Courier New">ippsDecodeInit_G726_8u16s</FONT> but it's first parameter's typeis IppsDecoderState_G726_16s* which I don't really know what it is. I understand the meaning of the parameters but this one.
