Yes, sure, I use USC sample code in my application. I try to decode raw speech frame without RTP header, payload only. I want to take your attention that I try decode G.722.1 Annex C, non-plain G.722.1. I can see that umc_speech_rtp_codec is supported on Windows only, and G.722.1 Annex C is not planned to support there.
