I have 2 simple questions.

1) Does IPP include any speech codecs? For example G.723.1 or G729 ?
2) If yes , who have to pay licence fee ?

Hi,

yes IPP contains functions designed specially to be used in speech codecs and we also provide set of samples, including several speech codec samples, which demonstrate how to use IPP function to build codecs. Please take a look on IPPhome page for details
