F&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="vcb_rt"&gt;or example G.723.1 or G729 ?&lt;BR /&gt;2) If yes , &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="vcb_m"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="vcb_rt"&gt;who have to pay licence fee ? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pospi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;yes IPP contains functions designed specially to be used in speech codecs and we also provide set of samples, including several speech codec samples, which demonstrate how to use IPP function to build codecs.
