      <title>ipp vs see</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I tried using ipp lib calls and see intrinsic calls for the same thing. The see was much faster. I thought ipp was supposed to be using the see stuff. What's the difference?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
