    <description>&lt;SPAN style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-weight: 200; line-height: 16px;"&gt;Hi all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I'm using IPP 7.0.4.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="border-collapse: collapse; color: #515357; font-size: 12px; font-weight: 200; line-height: 16px;"&gt;I have got a crash with the H264 decoder when I'm &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-weight: 200; line-height: 16px;"&gt;decoding the first frame coming from a Samsung H264 camera.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="border-collapse: collapse; font-size: 12px; line-height: 16px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV id="_mcePaste" style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"&gt;The crash appens in the UMC::H264SegmentDecoder::InitDeblockingOnce() method, accessing indexm_CurMBAddr == 80, ofm_gmbinfo-&amp;gt;mbs[] array.
