Yah, I realized that after I post the last message, I update, de-install everything and re-install the last update. I got the same version than you and it still doesn't work.

I will post in the compiler forum.

Thanks,

Hi,

I've install ipp and the integration with VS 2012 doesn't work....

VS Premium 2012
Intel C++ Composer XE 2013 SP1 8.0.0.083

In VS 2012 in one project :
Project - Properties - Intel Perf Lib set to single threaded static
Project - Properties - General - Composer XE is not listed.....

left click on project - Composer -
The only option is c++ compiler, and if I select it I got the message:
No Intel C++ compiler for platform(s) in the project(s).

If I go to Tools - Option
Intel Composer XE - > No Intel C++ compiler

I have also VS 2008 and everything seems OK.

As anyone faced this previously?

yes, there are a number of known issues wit integration in VS2012. We are working on these issues. You need to explicitly add the list of libraries you need for linking the application.

Is there a way to set VS2012 to use the Intel compiler?

Or command line is the only option.

Hi,

I got VS2012 and "Intel® C++ Composer XE 2013 SP1 Update 2 Integration for Microsoft* Visual Studio* 2012, Version 14.0.1290.11".

Though, the integration works. May be you need to re-install... what the Composer do you have?

Regards,

This is pretty old composer version. Are any of updates available to you? Intel Software Manager works? What does it say? Though it can be not an IPP issue, but Composer's.
