Median filtering reference.

Hey Moderators,

In the Image Processing Reference Manual for IPP, the median filtering section cites this reference:

Fast Algorithms for Median Filtering, Application Note, Intel Corp.
Document number 79835, 2001.

I can't seem to find it on the Intel website, and would love to take a look at it. Can you point me to it or send me a copy?
