Decoder H.264 Input files

Hi all,

What is the type of files that should be input into the H.264 example ?

I tryed the .264 binary generated by the JM8.3, but the file loaded doens't seems to understand the file...

Hi, currently, ourH.264 decoder sampledo support JM7.3 compatible files. So, you need such a file to test sample.

Thank you, I'll try with this version of the JM.

In the meanwhile, tried a few of the samples bitstreams from the conformance test set, (from the AVC ftp server), and ever for the most basic ones (for instance the AUD_MW_D.264) the decoder either crashes or generate an exception.

Do you have a sample configuration for the JM 7.3 to generate a bitstream suported by the decoder ?

OK, I tryed with JM7.3. No more success (no error, no exception, just nothing hapening...)

I've attached the configuration file I used and the encoded video for more information.

Can somebody tell me what wrong with this configuration ?

Hi, it was my mistake. In IPP v4.0 we do support JM6.1d, we will support JM7.3 in IPP v4.1 which is coming soon.
