topic Mapping between SDP parameters and IPP parameters in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives

Hi,

I am looking to do transcoding between various codecs using IPP - specifically AMR-WB, AMR-NB, G.722, G.726, G.728 and GSM-EFR. AMR-WB and AMR-NB have various codec-specific parameters which can be set via SDP - "octet-align", "mode-set", "mode-change-period", "mode-change-capability", "mode-change-neighbor", "crc", "robust-sorting", "interleaving", "channels", and "max-red".

There is no obvious correspondence between these SDP parameters, and the parameters in the IPP API, and I have been unable to find any explanation in your documentation.

Is there any explanation for how I can map between the AMR SDP parameters and the AMR IPP parameters?

Thanks in advance,

Salem
