&lt;DIV&gt;we developed our own integer DCT algorithm. It is not AAN or LLM based and it is fast and accurate.&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>libjpeg under win/linux have fast integer dct option. Have something like this ipp or have only slow float version?</description>
