For details, please download the packages ofIntel IPP for Intel PCA version 4.0 through Intel Premier Support.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;The function set should not and can't be the same on IA and on PCA due to big platform (and capabilities) difference. But we always trying to align functionality on both platforms.&lt;/DIV&gt;
