      <description>&lt;P&gt;We canceled support of old performance libraries and we suggest to move to the new one instead. The IPP contains functions to convert to/from 1u data type, do you find this functionality useful for you purposes?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes, 1u8u conversions are definitely useful for me. But other 1u functions are gone.</description>
