    <title>topic DV-Decoder sample in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives</title>
    <link>https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Integrated-Performance/DV-Decoder-sample/m-p/973952#M20781</link>
<description>&lt;DIV&gt;I observed major artifacts using the DV-Decoder sample (both running the distributed executable or compiling the source code, this is IPPv4 on win). This is particularly obvious when decoding high contrast static video (such as text over a monochrome background). The 'bitstream' interface looks fine while I suspect that the tables in 'video_decoder' are invalid, has anyone figured outwhat is wrong ?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
