topic IPP Lib Question in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives

Does the IPP software have a canned function to convert real numbers to complex numbers. I don't think it's RealToCplx(). This function seems to just return the real and imaginary parts of a number. I mean convert as in the DSP sense of it. Multiply an array of values with a sine and a cosine

sin=0,1,0,-1,0,1,0,-1,.....
cos=1,0,-1,0,1,0,-1,.....

I thought you could access special high math funcs like Sin, Cos, etc. from the IPP lib

Hi ttran7700

Note that the Intel Performance Libraries forums will be starting up very soon. I'll be moving your question to that forum once it is live. In the meantime, if you have an urgent need, please contact Intel Premier Support so the IPP support people can help you.

Thanks!
