As the crypto package is a separate download package. You need to register your IPP license through https://registrationcenter.intel.com and get access to the appropriate IPP product where you candownload the crypto package. After this crypto installation, this compiling error should go away.

Thanks,
Ying S
Intel IPP <NAMESPACE prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office">

</NAMESPACE>
