DilateBorder: Doc error?

The documentation for DilateBorder has a code example of a dilation of a 5x5 image, defined as

    Ipp16u pSrc[5*5] = { 1, 2, 4, 1, 2,
                        5, 1, 2, 1, 2,
                        1, 2, 1, 2, 1,
                        2, 1, 5, 1, 2};

Isn't a line missing in there?

IPP version is 9.0.0.
